    Eat fruits and vegetables one hour before doing your workouts and drink more water after doing the workout. After finishing the workout don't eat bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried foods. If you avoid these items you will be fit.

    Can you tell the difference in a good way or in a bad way ? I know a young man with diabetes and he too has to count every single carb that goes into his body.
