  • Re: how u prefer to eat before/after workout..?

Eat fruits and vegetables one hour before doing your workouts and drink more water after doing the workout. After finishing the workout don't eat bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried foods. If you avoid these items you will be fit.

  • Rollerblading

I love to rollerblade and recently our local rink has opened for a rollerblade workout session. It costs $5 for two hours and there is some free skate time, but part of it is actual exercises on the blades. I think it will be lots of fun. So, what should a person do when they find themselves cramping up? First of all, to avoid cramping, be sure you are warming up and cooling down when working...

  • Pilates as a workout

Now, I consider myself a pretty sound judge of a good workout. I don't always do them like I should, but I certainly know when one is a good one versus something that is an incredible waste of time. I have attended both Yoga and Pilates classes out of curiosity and I will be honest in saying that...
