  • Is this diet good for me?

    Can the raw coconut and sprouts take the place of non-vegetarian food and provide sufficient minerals, protein and nutrients. I read in an article that the protein in the sprouts multiplies by a 100 times its normal content due to natural germination. Is this correct?

    I agree with bata. Protein helps to keep you from getting hungry. You can get this supply of protein in something as simple as a glass of milk. Also, milk on the form of yogurt or cheese is an important source of B complex vitamins such as riboflavin and B12, as well as minerals like zinc, magnesium...

  • Less Carb doesn't mean No Carb...

    I think when people hear something has carbs they automatically think it is bad for them. There is a distinct difference between cutting back on carbs and not eating any at all, just as there is a difference in what kinds of carbs you choose for your body. For me, it isn't about not eating carbs...
