Kashi has some bars out that are really good and also very healthy. Along with that, Stoneyfield Farms has some all natural smoothies that rock. These are both very convenient foods for on the go. When at home, I like a whole grain Peanut Butter or Almond Butter Sandwich. An apple with some cheese slices...
