Bodybuilding Community

I have heard that some parents give their children HGH when they have a disorder or are smaller than what they should be. I don't know for sure if this is a legal practice, but it seems to me it would be very dangerous. I wonder if anyone here has heard anything more about this as a trend. I am sure...
