  • Is this diet good for me?

    Can the raw coconut and sprouts take the place of non-vegetarian food and provide sufficient minerals, protein and nutrients. I read in an article that the protein in the sprouts multiplies by a 100 times its normal content due to natural germination. Is this correct?

    I feel fasting is a farce. One starves the whole day and eagerly looks forward to the meal that will break the fast. I wonder how can such a farcical helps to lose weight.   • Keep track what you eat

    It is a good practice to keep note what we consume in a day; we should always maintain a regular food list which will help us to control the fat growth. Doing this we can also know that which food does not fits our diet and can cut out that particular food from the list.

    well i didn't set goal for specific amount of weight loss, but i do want to reduce fat especially from my hips and thighs. though i have a rough estimate to reduce at least 15 pounds within 2 months.

    i think some energy drinks works good. remember to check fat, calories and sugar percentage before taking any drink. I don't suggest any specific drink as i have no experience for strong workouts. Thanks Kashif Raza
