  • Does Dieting Work?

    i tried different dieting plans but couldn't reduce much weight yet. i think it might because of me irregularity with one dieting plan. i did change dieting plans after few days. plus i can do any exercise or jogging because of busy routine. suggest me some tips regarding diet.     Food is drug of choice and there is only one way you can escape from it, try switching to a healthier diet for 2 weeks like which contains vegetables or any other food which is less on fat and see what a difference it makes to your taste buds. So it really depends on you.
