well i didn't set goal for specific amount of weight loss, but i do want to reduce fat especially from my hips and thighs. though i have a rough estimate to reduce at least 15 pounds within 2 months.

i think some energy drinks works good. remember to check fat, calories and sugar percentage before taking any drink. I don't suggest any specific drink as i have no experience for strong workouts. Thanks Kashif Raza
