    I feel fasting is a farce. One starves the whole day and eagerly looks forward to the meal that will break the fast. I wonder how can such a farcical helps to lose weight.     Eat fruits and vegetables one hour before doing your workouts and drink more water after doing the workout. After finishing the workout don't eat bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried foods. If you avoid these items you will be fit.

    Swimming is one of the good exercise for weight loss. Daily i take 30 minutes for swimming. It's more helpful to me. To my friends also swimming gives a good result. I recommend swimming to those who are interested in reduce their body weight.
