Yes. I think you can use more ginger and drink a lots of water. Futhermore, doing some exercise and make it as routine. Then, always eat fruits and vegetable more. Its good for your digest and stomach.

Yes. Thats my best way to losing my weight. I prefer to use exercise method to losing weight than diet or take any diet pills. I manage to do that and i can maintain to losing 3-5 kg if i do that. Too bad, this method not suit with girls who really lazy to exercise..:(
