  • Is this diet good for me?

    Can the raw coconut and sprouts take the place of non-vegetarian food and provide sufficient minerals, protein and nutrients. I read in an article that the protein in the sprouts multiplies by a 100 times its normal content due to natural germination. Is this correct?

    well i didn't set goal for specific amount of weight loss, but i do want to reduce fat especially from my hips and thighs. though i have a rough estimate to reduce at least 15 pounds within 2 months.

    i think some energy drinks works good. remember to check fat, calories and sugar percentage before taking any drink. I don't suggest any specific drink as i have no experience for strong workouts. Thanks Kashif Raza

    i 100% agreed that our life style really effects our health. I am a government employ and has very tight routine, i can't even spare time for exercise or jogging. plus i can't eat better food as i have to go out of city for some work. As well i concern its really difficult to maintain good health...
