    I am not familiar with the Slimming World program but I just read a little about. Just be careful if you have a lot of muscle. Instead of trying to do a certain plan, try to eat a balance between carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. This diet plan sounds like it is just for losing weight and not focusing...
