    I think when people hear something has carbs they automatically think it is bad for them. There is a distinct difference between cutting back on carbs and not eating any at all, just as there is a difference in what kinds of carbs you choose for your body.     The FDA has finally approved an over the counter diet pill called Alli. I have read a lot about it and it seems to me that it would not be worth the cost. You get a starter pack for around $50. As long as you eat well and exercise, you will lose weight. It could be up to 50% more according to the box...
