  • Ab Crunch routine???

    Hey guys.. I'm 5'10". Weigh about 190 pounds. Good build, not very muscular though. The problem is tummy flab. It keeps coming n going. I wish to flatten out this tummy, and achieve tight abs, if not a six pack. I'm not working out currently. Could you suggest a routine for me?
