  • Is this diet good for me?

    Can the raw coconut and sprouts take the place of non-vegetarian food and provide sufficient minerals, protein and nutrients. I read in an article that the protein in the sprouts multiplies by a 100 times its normal content due to natural germination. Is this correct?
