As you may know I have started doing weights and a body builder needs a good diet full of essential things such as protein and vietmans. However I think my diet is pretty bad seeing that I lift weights but I would like to know what other people think and how I can improve it. My diet is:
Breakfast = Toast with ham on top and some water.
Lunch = Cheese string with ham sandwich and bag of crisps, again plenty of water.
Dinner = Whatever my mother makes.
I know this is pretty bad but how could I improve it?
