Hi, i've been around high 14 percent BF for about a month now...i can see the vertical lines defining my abs now but i crave more!!! I want to start cutting for the summer (even though its a little late lol) so i figure i'd try eating a bit differently. I've been eating this for the past few days.
Breakfast- Coffee ; Snack Granola/cereal bar ; Lunch- Canned Tuna ; Snack- Apple ; Dinner- Grilled Chicken *** Salad . Snack if need to- celery with minimal ranch dressing . Is this bad what im doing? Where can i improve? I want to be cutting so give me some feedback !
