I seem to be more and more interested into them... Calisthenics seem quite effective but why does no one here do them? Is there any known routine from calisthenics someone could toss me? Also, some people on these boards say that doing dips,push ups, chins and pull ups etc etc is not really taxing if done on break days... would this basically mean I could train calisthenics EVERYDAY?(drools) How would you train legs too...?
