    What is the best fast yet safe weight loss program?

        Anyone out there that knows some programs that are safe and doesn't have any risk of having complications? I was just wondering if there's any program that are tried and proven to be tested to work for 20yrs old and above. I also wonder if there are free programs offered? I want tp hear from the pros.

     hey,

    Of course  there are quick ways to lose weight.

    However you will not get everything on a silver platter and therefore you will have to work towards it.

    Jogging and walking are excellent sources..

    Burn all the extra calories immediately.

    Dont eat oily food!!

    There are thousands of programs out there.  You will have to do some research to find a program that fits your personality and lifestyle.

     Sure you can see lots of sucessfull programs to loose weight. You have to work little to find proven programs which matches your taste or requirements.

    Ofcourse it has to be the natural way.. Hard and slow but sure to succeed.

    Eat low carb foods

    Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water

    workout for 20 mins minimum

    Spread the meals and have veggies 

     

    It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.
