    Aerobics

    Hello Everyone,

    I would like to collect different thoughts on Aerobics, please share your views about its effectiveness. how difficult it is ? for how long if someone follow it can get weight reduced ?

     I think aerobics is very effective provided it is done on a regular basis.

    I did aerobics for about 3 months and i did lose a couple of kilos.

    However I gradually gained all of it as soon  as i stopped.

    It keeps you fit and healthy and you should go for it!!

    Yes, I was in an aerobics class a few years back and we met 3 days a week.  We did our workout to classic pop rock.  It was fun, easy and really effective in building stamina.

    Well, aerobics (running in particular) is an important part of my program and I do it for about 40 minutes every day. However, if I work really hard in the gym that day I settle for 15-20 minutes. As a general rule, drink a lot of water or energizing drinks before, during and after your aerobic workout. Oh, and allow yourself to get accustomed and lower your expectations regarding the weight losing rate.
