Monday : all the fruits except banana
Tuesday: all the vegetables
Wednesday: all the fruits and vegetables
Thursday: 5 bananas and 5 glasses of milk
Friday: 3oz of beef/chicken/fish steak with vegetables
Saturday:3 oz of beef steak with vegetables
Sunday: 3 oz of beef steak with vegetables
