    Keep track what you eat

It is a good practice to keep note what we consume in a day; we should always maintain a regular food list which will help us to control the fat growth. Doing this we can also know that which food does not fits our diet and can cut out that particular food from the list.

You need to have a track on what you eat because the only way you can maintain a good diet and healthy lifestyle is having a food check. Especially during parties. Some people got sick because of being reckless in parties and eat and drink all they can that results in indigestion or dispepsia. Self discipline is really the key for good health.

It is always good to keep track of what you eat although sometimes I can't seem to control myself.  I suppose everyone just needs that motivation to fight that tempt against foods. :D

I completely agree with you my friend . Doing this we can also know that food does not make adjustments our mode and can cut this particular food of the list. Some people obtained sick because being carefree in parts and eat and drink all which they can that results in the indigestion.
