    Cutting the Fried Foods

They have to be addicting because for so long, I was away from them almost completely and then suddenly, I wake up and realize I am right back to eating fried food at least once a day. I am not sure what it is about the fried foods, but it is definitely an all or nothing thing for me. If I give myself an inch, I have trouble getting back on track. How do you do with fried foods? Is there something different that you find addicting?

I think it is the hydrogenated fats that do it to us. For some reason, they just taste good and seem to keep drawing us back to them. I am glad so many places are going transfat free these days. I know it isn't the perfect answer, but it should help. At least I hope that it will. I think in NYC, they have had all restaurants go that direction. That had to be an amazing feat.

Concentrate on eating foods which are healthier, contain less fat, and have more calories. Your body will thank you for it.

Food is drug of choice and there is only one way you can escape from it,  try switching to a healthier diet for 2 weeks like which contains vegetables or any other food which is less on fat and see what a difference it makes to your taste buds. So it really depends on you.

I have reached a point in my life where fried foods make me feel sick. I rarely eat anything fried except maybe a small french fry every couple of months. It isn't worth the terrible feeling. I think once I was away from fried foods for awhile, they became less tasty to me which is a good thing.

I know fried foods are bad but I'm not completely cutting it from my diet. I'd be more tempted to eat fried food if I cut it completely. I'm just trying to lessen my intake.

Yes. Cutting that friend food and some fast food like burger, cheese, sausage, fries and others fried food. Better you take a stim one or boil food. Its good for your health and that kind also a good and tasty food. Did you ever try it?

By the way. Not only you can less your weigh. You also save your money too right from buying some fast food right?

Well if you're talking about McDonald's then I know why. They put high fructose corn syrup in all their food which is highly addicting and really is not good for you. It's McDonald's way of cutting cost since sugar is more expensive than corn syrup. They put it in EVERYTHING, don't be fooled with their "lighter" appearing food. It's also an additive found in pop which makes pop really addictive as well.
