I think when people see success story in a magazine or on a website, they feel like it has to be something huge. However, I am a big believer that the small successes count as well. So, today I share a small success in my fitness life. Today was the first time in a long time (I used to do it all the time) that I ate the right servings from the right groups. I didn't eat any fried foods and I was sure to get all my dairy which is the most difficult for me. I can get those fruits and veggies, but sometimes the lowfat dairy escapes me. I have been eating way too many fried foods lately for my body and decided that I would start to limit them more. So, here is to small successes.
