So many people forget this simple tip for losing weight. It is so important to get enough water into your system each day. It will keep you from being too hungry as well as hydrate you for workouts. By depriving your body of water, you are not able to work to your full potential. You also can't processf fiber to the best of your ability or flush your system of toxins and other unhealthy things. I have heard anywhere from 6-10 glasses a day, but I would not drink less thank 8-10 myself and often on real hot or high intensity workout days, I drink much more than that to keep myself going. I can feel it if I don't get enough and although many may not realize that is what they are feeling, if they get into the habit of drinking enough water and then don't for a day or so, they too will see an energy slump as well as other effects. So, drink your water....for many reasons.
