    Want to lose weight? Drink your water...

    So many people forget this simple tip for losing weight. It is so important to get enough water into your system each day. It will keep you from being too hungry as well as hydrate you for workouts. By depriving your body of water, you are not able to work to your full potential. You also can't processf fiber to the best of your ability or flush your system of toxins and other unhealthy things.  I have heard anywhere from 6-10 glasses a day, but I would not drink less thank 8-10 myself and often on real hot or high intensity workout days, I drink much more than that to keep myself going. I can feel it if I don't get enough and although many may not realize that is what they are feeling, if they get into the habit of drinking enough water and then don't for a day or so, they too will see an energy slump as well as other effects. So, drink your water....for many reasons.

    We do sometimes forget the basic things while we are trying to do more complicated things. I go in stages with my water intake. Some days I do really well and others, not so good. I have family that don't even drink a glass of water a day. That can't be in any way healthy. A good reminder on the losing weight front. I need to get more water into me every day, not just once in awhile.

     i agree with you fella, i believe you are right and according to what my friend said "We do sometimes forget the basic things while we are trying to do more complicated things." that is perfectly through. the problem about water is attimes it is not appealing.

    Sometimes, I like to add a slice of lemon, lime, or orange to my water especially in the summer. My sister in law adds a little mint sprig to hers. These are some natural ways to add flavor or you can purchase the waters that are already flavored, but I think they cost too much. Just a few thoughts.

    Yes, i totally agree. Water play an importance part when you are in diet or you want to lose weight. As we know that, our body is cover by water (blood). So, we need water in order for our body function properly during this period.

    This is something that I have to remember! I don't drink enough water because I don't like to pee a lot. Haha. Starting tomorrow, I'll try to drink at least 8 cups of water.

    Yes. If you drink more water. I believe you body system will maintaine your body condition. If not, your body will lose your balance and i believe if you eat too much and never have enough water. No doubt you will fat and hard to control your eating habit.

    For some fat girl/boy. I prefer them to drink more water everyday. Its good for your body balance and also for your eyes..:)

    Water is the single largest component of the human body. It makes up 70% of the body weight. Our body needs 1.5 liters to 2 liters water per day. Of course the amount differs person to person depending the circumstances. Drinking two glasses of water early in the morning makes a great difference to the body. It washes out all the toxins from the alimentary canal, kidneys and whole system, more effectively if hot water is taken in every half an hour. The amount of water in take is balanced by the water that is excreted. It is one of the reasons why we include fruits and vegetables having higher percentage of water content in our weight-loss program.

    Yes, I do agree that. Water is a necessary during your diet period.

    As we know that, our body is almost cover by water (blood). But, a question always ask is that how much water is consider enough?

    Drink water daily Morning to increase your blood circulation.
