When i was in Dubai, i always envied the physique, strength and fitness of the Arabs. It may be their hereditary metabolism but I noticed that they take a lot of olives and lettuce. Olive is used in almost all forms, raw, pickle and oil. Inspite of the large intake( I had an Arab boss who just ate a whole bbq chicken without blinking an eyelid) it keeps them agile and fit. Also I believe it gives a good smooth skin. Any comments?
