Can't do the weight anymore ?

I'm doing a full body workout 3 - 4 times a week and my workout looks like this. Workout A - Squats; Bench; OH Press; Dips; Lat pull downs Workout B - Deads; Incline Bench; Chin ups; Rows; Arnolds.... I did this solid for 8 weeks always increasing weight and I gained 8 pounds (pretty happy with that) .....but then I got sick .... out of the gym for two weeks, now that I'm back and trying to do the weight I left off with I can't last as long I get soon cashed my endurance is down !!! Didn't loose any wieght while I was sick tho. Should I drop the weight and start from scratch or should I continue struggling with the weight I left off with ? Thanks guys .

I think this will help you .Take it down a notch.  2 weeks is fine.  You gotta listen to ur body, and if it needs to rest/heal.. then that would be in your best interest. Just drop the weight a bit, and progress slowly as you feel more confident.  remember.. we're not lifting for numbers here.  this isn't a powerlifting forum, it's a body building forum.  Do the safe thing and don't push too much.  leave ur ego at the door.. or you might end up injuring yourself .

Maybe you have not fully recovered yet when you tried weights again.  But if weights does not make you feel good then maybe weights is not for you.  Try something else.  Maybe your body is not up to weights.
