Hi there, I want to share this easy 5 minute workout that will help you keep in shape and will have good physique. All you have to do every morning is to stand after getting up from bed and take a deep breath but hold it and don't exhale for 20 seconds. Do this for 5 minutes. This will keep your respiratory system work at it's peak. Just make sure to try shorter if you are just starting to do this. Hope this Helps
