 I guess no shop keeper or manufacturer give product for free, just to increase the popularity yeah discount is possible. if you know such weblinks or any branded retail shop then mention their full details
 

Thank for the ideas. It's really impractical to give away products for free. It is also not reasonable to just give away stuffs that are of worth. Especially when you still need to have the courier service. And discounts are really possible but the best thing to do is find some respected and reputable products online that has local retail outlet in your areas. 

 Yes one should never get carried away by discounts and free coupons and offers.

These medicines are expensive and on no cost can they be availed free.

There definitely has to be wrong with them in such cases.

Therefore spread the message and create awareness!!
