    Diet Chart

     Guys,

     please post Diet Charts provided by experts to you. one who is doing work-out everyday must have a diet chart to follow. Kindly share all your charts along with the purpose. i guys it will be very helpful for all the members.

    The best chart to follow is the Go, Glow and Grow foods. You need to maintain a balance of diet which is most likely following the food pyramid and also maintain good amount of fiber daily. The only best thing to do is not to eat too much. Anything that is too much for your body is bad.  And hope this will help.

     The diet chart i follow is below. It works on my body.Best of luck to you. Go for it.

     

     Monday : all the fruits except banana

    Tuesday: all the vegetables

    Wednesday: all the fruits and vegetables

    Thursday: 5 bananas and 5 glasses of milk

    Friday: 3oz of beef/chicken/fish steak with vegetables

    Saturday:3 oz of beef steak with vegetables

    Sunday: 3 oz of beef steak with vegetables

     The diet charted posted by coldplay is muh better and intresting. I will try to follow it.
