    Schedule

     Guys,

     Workout is very important and if someone is following proper schedule then it is very effective, please suggest some of the workout schedules for various parts.

     
    Chest

    Shoulder

    Biceps

    back

    Thigs

    please let me know the oder in which it should be followed and complete schedule for a beginner.

    From my experience the schedule is different for everyone. It depends on your routine and free time. Some people can only lift twice a week so their schedule will be very different from those who can lift up everyday, Just make your own and make sure you can stick to it for a long time.

     Full body workout is good when you do it every weekend and all of the rest of your body could be done daily. Like a little jogging and some stretching. It will help your body not to be stressed due to over work out. So be gentle with your body and try not to stress it out.

    Full body workout should only be done like once a week. Twice at most. Unless you take steroid. Cardio though can be done frquently up to six days a week.

     Better to join GIM. Ther you get Full body workout daily. This will show fast result .
