Now, to succeed in losing weight you have to:
1) Start and keep a strict diet: reduce the amount of bread you eat at a meal, eat more fruit and vegetables (but not excessively as they contain sugar), eat just a little then eat at about 3 hours later in the same way
2) Exercise: make your own exercise program consisting in aerobic exercises (running, football, swimming, basketball)
3) Take some supplements or pills to help you along the way. I suggest a natural choice, L-Carnitine.
