Your Instructor is right but due to circumstances it is impossible to have the right meals in every 2 hours time unless you have nothing else. I try to split the meals atleast 4 times and have them in a 3 hours interval. Take a lot of fluid if you cannot have the food in time. It is not so important that you have to eat six times. However try to divide the meals and have it whenever possible. The idea is not to overload the stomach and digestive system. When you have a small meal chances are that they will be digested properly and possibility of fat accumulation is less.
