The FDA has finally approved an over the counter diet pill called Alli. I have read a lot about it and it seems to me that it would not be worth the cost. You get a starter pack for around $50. As long as you eat well and exercise, you will lose weight. It could be up to 50% more according to the box. Well, no kidding you will lose weight. The side effects if you eat out of your ranges especially fat are abdominal problems, digestive issues, etc... I think I am going to pass on this one whether it is FDA approved or not. I can eat right and exercise without the side effects. I would be interested in what others know or have experienced with these pills.
