Is this diet good for me?

Can the raw coconut and sprouts take the place of non-vegetarian food and provide sufficient minerals, protein and nutrients. I read in an article that the protein in the sprouts multiplies by a 100 times its normal content due to natural germination. Is this correct?

Although that food contains higher amount of nutrients, it is still good not to replace your current diet. If you want to, don't do it quick. Do it gradually so you can track the changes that will occur to you physically. And always maintain good rest and exercise.
