Skipping meals is (not) good for weight loss.

To reduce weight, some people often skip meals. Is it effective for losing weight?

Just think in the health point of view. Skipping meals leads to low blood sugar. This causes sudden hunger pangs that can cause food carvings and/or binging.

People who skip breakfast become so hungry by lunch or dinner that they end up eating more calories! Hence, I feel losing weight by eating good food, not by starving yourself and then eating dough-nuts!

I don't think it will be an advantage though since your body needs to burn fat. Without energy in the system it will not process, so you have to make sure you will not skip any meals.
