Hi guys, let dedicate this thread on how you guys started workout, be it bodybuilding or fitness in general.
What drives you the most? What push you into this lifestyle?
Let me start first. As for me, i grow up in time golden age area in my country for bodybuilding. i watched for Mr Asia live show which wont happen right now.
I always wanted sculpted body by those guys, and in my primary school, i started lift bricks for my biceps....lol, and did sit ups 20 reps daily.
i stopped a while coz my friends once told me weightlifting at early age can stunt growth.....
cut things short, i lift seriously for about 1 years and 3 months, made some progress here and there but i still feel its not enough :)
