    Why Did You Workout

    Hi guys, let dedicate this thread on how you guys started workout, be it bodybuilding or fitness in general. 

    What drives you the most? What push you into this lifestyle?

     

    Let me start first. As for me, i grow up in time golden age area in my country for bodybuilding. i watched for Mr Asia live show which wont happen right now. 

     I always wanted sculpted body by those guys, and in my primary school, i started lift bricks for my biceps....lol, and did sit ups 20 reps daily.

    i stopped a while coz my friends once told me weightlifting at early age can stunt growth.....

     

    cut things short, i lift seriously for about 1 years and 3 months, made some progress here and there but i still feel its not enough :)

    Nothing as such pushed me into this fitness thing,it just happened as a magic to me.I being overweight had number of doubts.But never ever thought that I will ever fit into what I flaunt now.I lost 35 kgs on my own.

    My reason is simple: I just want to look very well for the girls in summer time. Believe me, it's more easier when you have a builded body, not just because the girls love it, but also for your self esteem.

    Not only for girls, it works to gents too. Because when someone looks over you immediately his superiority  goes down. So you are safe at any place.

    For various reasons.. Obviously keeping fit and healthy is the first priority in ones life and we workout to acheive a perfect body..

    What really motivates to workout is the dudes you see in movies, WWE etc.. and yes Girls come free of charge if you have the athletic body.

    Certainly girls are a motivation factor :-)

    i workout to be fit and disease-free, exercise has lot of benefits which can be shown on your face in just 2 months. other reason is you feel confident, one more reason is that you look good in every apparel. i don't think there is any dis-advantage of working out

     I've been working out regularly since the past 3 years.

    I work out religiously for the simple reason that I feel fit and it makes me feel good. Exercising has a positive effect on my body which I am able to experience.

    I do yoga  for 30 minutes evry morning and twice a week i do pilates.

    I started because some kids at my high school (back in my school days) were muscular. They dominated in sports and act like gangsters. Rude and arrogant. Just because they were bigger than everyone else they thought they could bully and intimidate us. They did bully us indirectly like pushing in basketball and always talking to us with a fierce face. And bumping skinny kids with their rock-hard bodies and walk away.

    Well I workout to stay in shape and to feel good.  I feel great when I am being active and I can really feel the difference when I get lazy and stop.

    Obviously the conservation of the adjustment and healthy is the first priority in those the life and us training session to carry out a perfect body. I religieusement establish for the simple reason that I feel the adjustment and it returns me to it good feeling. The exercise exerts a positive effect on my body which I can test.

     I started going to the gym about 4 years ago and mainly because I used to be very skinny. Although I ate quite a lot I couldn't improve my appearance. After a few months of training I saw some major improvements. I had to throw most of my clothes away and I noticed I was feeling better about myself. No matter your reasons training will benefit you in countless ways.
