agree. The pills or drugs available for obese people are mainly suppress the
appetite. But these pills have their own side effects which sometimes can be
very dangerous. Moreover these pills are to be used under medical advice only.
Apart
from workouts and sports, the problem of obesity can be tackled on many fronts
and these include diet control, change in life style, yoga, pranayama [berthing
exercise] etc. it is only the sustained efforts on the part of a person which
helps in achieving the objective.
