Stop taking normal water, instead heat it up a bit then have it. It is great if you start taking two glasses of warm water before your meals, this will help you to reduce your intake of food. A cup of warm water if taken during the meals help you to digest the oils that we intake and cutting down the negative effects of the oils.This is very helpful in reducing your weight.
This really does the job. At first I always drank cold water. Then when I switched to plain water I could see that I was losing weight more. I never thought of replacing plain water with luke warm water. Thanks for the idea.
Another important thing that I would like to share is that,one should not have 3or4 glasses of water at one stretch.It should taken at interval of you can say thirty or forty minutes.This will show better results.
not sure about the food intake part, but it is a known facts that our enzymes works better in hot and warm temperates, thus proving the facts that warm water can help in digestion.
