Doing Exercise regularly is very good for health. Walking is better for health. No pain, no gain. Walking a few miles gives you better health. We can breathe a good air in the morning it gives good breathing exercise. And if we prefer to do a simple exercise after walking is better. I have a habit to hear a melody music when I doing exercise. It gives me to concentrate to do my exercise effectively.
Another good way to concentrate on exercising and not slacking off is by getting an exercise buddy. That way, you'll help each other out in losing weight and have fun by each other's company.
