When feeling stressed, what to avoid.......

    When feeling stressed, what to avoid.......

    Everyone feels stressed at any moment in life,  but generally ppl. take on extraa things when feeling stressed.  What to avoid in this situation?? Thanks.

    When you fees stressed just move away from the location which caused you the stress and spend some time alonely after that spend some time in listioning music or watching video. If the problem persists just go for a travel and just watch the public sharply one by one. Ofcourse you will feel that every one is having stress and your stress will go on.

    Everyone encounters stress but does not really know how to deal with them, the best way that you can do is stay away, one thing that i usually do is just sleep it over. Then you'll wake up refreshed again.

    Stress, you do come across once in a while,take it easy.Best way, I also agree,is to dump it beneath your pillow and sleep over it.But sometimes situations are such that you are cornered to the extreme extent then also GOTTA be strong to fight it away.

    Well.. sleeping over it is one alternative.. But if you're not against a slightly spiritual turn of things, The Art of Living is a great thing. Its a small course that relly helps you out. google for it... if not, time to pump some iron!

    Stress is simply a point of life, you have to learn to deal with it, you should channel that stress in to some sort of functional activity for fitness.  This could be going for a nice job to get your mind off of things, or better yet, you can get in to boxing and release some of that stress and agression all at once.  I find for me, boxing is one of the best ways to let all that stress out.

    totally agreed.. i throw unbreakable stuff on grass.. But workout when i can.. or a football game with friends.. takes your mind off stuff..

    Well some stress in your life is good. But excess of anything is not good. If so, try to find out why?

    Whenever I am in stress, I ask myself ,

    -          Am I over thinking over the matter?

    -          What can I do to help it?

    -          Is this worth getting stressed about?

    -          Am I being practical?

    Love is probably one of the greatest moral boosters that mankind has ever known. It may be your children, your close friend or even your dog! Seek company with those whenever you are stressed.

    Music is the better way that relaxes you and calms your mind. You could have your I-pod on whenever you’re stressed.

    Remember the most exiting or hilarious moment in your life and feel that incident, that will surely make you smile. Because laughter is the best medicine to combat stress.

     It is very important to indulge yourself in activities or hobbies that you enjoy doing. It may be gardening or playing with your children, or eating that big bar of chocolate all by yourself! Whatever it may be, it is important to find time to unwind, where you are at peace, where you are at home with your emotions. Anyway, I like to indulge myself with chatting or playing with kids & it helps.

    as for me, i always went to some place quiet enough so i can calm my mind. try to look at the greens also, trees, grass, anything that can make you calm.

    if by looking at women can make you calm by all means go ahead, lol

    That’s right bata….. Spending time alone can make you free from all at least for that period of time, so you can concentrate on doing things you actually like. Like meditation or yoga or if you are religious, praying. Perhaps talking to a close friend or looking at old albums, thus relieving the past.

    Oh yes....... I also like your suggestion of looking at women. It’s an important factor in relieving stress as sex plays a major role in better concentration of mind & body, heart & soul. Not just looking at women, but you can have sex at that moment to find yourself possessing a new energy with a kind of feel-good inside emotion. Just add it.
