    Swimming

    hi guys. i just wanted to know what you guys think about swimming. i have recently started swimming 3 times a week  and i must say it feels great. do you think swimming is better than body building?

    we all work with one infinite power.

    I have also done swimming for a couple of years, ya it’s good for keeping your body weight in control. It controls the metabolic rate of our body and gives our body a slender look.

     They do have there own benefits if you are into fitness only and don't want to have big and defines muscles then swimming would already be enough. But if you want muscles ripping your shirt then you need to do weights.

     Swimming is one of the good exercise for weight loss. Daily i take 30 minutes for swimming. It's more helpful to me. To my friends also swimming gives a good result. I recommend swimming to those who are interested in reduce their body weight.

    I believe swimming is a part of the bodybuilding, fitness activity. We cannot compare swimming VS bodybuilding. While we swim we exercise more muscles than any aerobic exercise. Swimming is a best stress reliever as well. I recommend you take swimming whenever and wherever possible.. Swimming at sea is the best if you are good at it. Its thrilling to swim against or with the waves rather than swimming in a dull static swimming pool.. 

    It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.

    Swimming is a excellent workout as it Stimulates muscle growth and Tones the whole body. Water workouts have a calorie-burning of about 300-500 calories/hr. Combined with a healthy diet, swimming helps in managing fat loss 'n increases muscle mass to give your body a slim, firm and healthy appearance.
