    Low Calorie foods

Those who are suffering from hypertension and body weight they are recommended that they should take low calories foods. Vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, carrot, spinach, etc. and fruits like orange, mango, papaya, etc. are very useful. Some rightly said “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”.

One of the snacks that I enjoy most is boiled eggs with yolks removed, its a excellent source of protein. Try whole vegetable like Carrots, celery, cucumber etc. If you can eat them raw then its much better.  Exercise is important, do it regularly 'n take plenty of water.

I agree. In fact, people who are suffering in these conditions must undergo that diet. Fruit and vegetables are needed to maintain health condition and will somehow remove some harmful calories from the body. It is also good to have proper rest and diet in order to recover from that condition.

Vegetables would be a better aid as a low calorie food . The vitamins , protiens , & minerals are in limited quantity in the vegetables . All the nutrients are shared equally in vegetables .
