8:30 Shower and get ready for school.
man you sure wake up early in the morning :) i usually work out at around 4 pm until 5.30 pm. i find this the best time to workout as it's easier to go to the gym at that hour.
I train major bodypart in the morning and smaller in the afternoon i always do split training to specify the muscles fully.
