    Eat banana everyday and stay young!!!

    Banana is a nutritious fruit rich with potassium, protein, vitamin and mineral salts. It has high calorific food value. In average one banana contains 100 calories and hence it is good to overcome fatigue.

    Studies shows that it provides youthfulness improving the digestive system of the body. It maintains a balance between calcium, phosphorous and nitrogen. Moreover, banana with milk increase the sperm count in the body and eye sight too.

    In addition it has also some medicinal benefit. Joint pain, Kidney problem, anemia, tuberculosis, urinary problem, menstrual disorders are cured with banana consumption.

     

    Let’s add banana in our diet to stay young.

     Ya banana is one of the best food. In banana there are many different varieties. Each of them have its own separate  food value. I feel banana's energy in my life. I will guide everyone to take banana in their daily food.

    You are right in average one banana contains 100 calories and hence it is good to overcome fatigue. So here's a quick recipe for banana.  Take a bowl of sliced bananas, peaches or nectarines, or berries, topped with low-fat milk and a sprinkle of sugar. Then just squash it in the mixer 'n njoy your drink.
