    Re: Eating before exercise

You must finish your eating before 3 hours. If your food is not digested it is dangerous to your health.

No, You should not eat before workouts.  I suggest to take eggs, bananas and one cup of water after workouts.

I usually wake up at 5:30 in the morning and work out until 7 before I eat my breakfast.

eating is one of the worse things you could do. never eat before performing any kind of exercise. i always eat 30 minutes after i finish working out.

we all work with one infinite power.

    Re: Eating before exercise

There are lots of schools of taught about this one if one should have a pre exercise meal or post exercise meal. But i think if you are are still at bulk up phase you could do a light pre meal more like a liquid carbs for you to get in heavier and longer weight training. But never ever skip a post workout meal the most important ingest atleast a 75 Grams of carbs maybe from dextrose and around 50 grams of protein.
