i don't think trainer is necessary after you know all the workouts correctly. as you do more of your exercise own you can know it correctly.as my some friends are doing there own exercise they had made a good body without trainer.so what u think about it.?
For me, I think, it is necessary because at least they will show u correct way for your to improve yourself. Just my 2 cents. :P
If you already know what you are doing then you won't need a trainer but from time to time you still need to consult veteran athletes because even Mr. Olympia does ask questions.
