tell me which is the best drink to drink while workout.as i thought drinking some sort of juices or glucose is beneficial for body.what u drink while workout? is the drink harmful or it increases your strength while work out.suggest some names..
i think some energy drinks works good. remember to check fat, calories and sugar percentage before taking any drink.
I don't suggest any specific drink as i have no experience for strong workouts.

Most of time, I will take 100 Plus or maybe redbull. :)
I think the Fresh juices, Milk products and soups are the best drinks to increase the body weight and build strong body with using the heavy workouts.
